In February for our adoption group gathering we made Ladybug cupcakes to celebrate Valentine's Day. We put all the cupcakes on little heart plates for everyone. David hopes that this is the start of a lot of cupcake baking with our girl! He has no ulterior motive :-)In February we also had such cold weather that the lake where we live froze. Have attached some photos of David out on the ice with the dogs. The Fire Department came out and measured the ice at 14 inches deep. We also had some snow and we took a photo of our backyard looking like a winter wonderland. It's hard to believe that soon we'll be down at the beach with our girl and swimming in the lake again this summer.
